sliders_1       RETURN REFUND POLICY: All returns must be made within 14 days of original date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. The return must be complete and include all accessories. The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer’s packaging or box. All returns must be packed in an outer shipping box with valid RMA number. If you are returning an unopened item 20% restocking may apply. FACTORY SEALED ITEM IF RETURN OPEN BOX: up to 50% restocking may apply. INCOMPLETE RETURN: Incomplete returns subject to restocking fee up to 50%. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE: We offer free domestic ground shipping only. Customer responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Under any circumstance shipping costs cannot be refunded. All software, licensing sales are final and not returnable. REFUSED ORDERS: 20% restocking fee will be applied. Authorized returns must be shipped back within 4-6 days after return request authorized, it will not be accepted exceed 4-6 days period. IMPORTANT: Our warehouse does not process orders on weekends or holidays, nor are deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Holiday and weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date. Most in-stock items usually ship within 1 – 2 business days after the order has been processed. See Order Processing for additional information. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders. You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and returned with everything that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

  • Need a RMA?
In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email or use the Contact@ on the site  with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued. If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call us or Email for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product to us.
  • Shipping Insurance
If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100.
  • Canceled Order
Any order placed on a credit/debit card that is canceled before it ships out will have an 20% cancellation fee deducted from the refund.  If the order has shipped before we were able to cancel it, then the return policy mentioned above will be applied.
  • All Games, CD’s & Toys Products
If you have not opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. We do not take back opened product.
  • Great Smoky Crafts will NOT accept any returns for any shipments outside the continental United States.
